OREANDA-NEWS.  March 15, 2011. Branch of the "European Bureau" OJSC Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation paid the reinsurance compensation in the amount of 6 mln rubles IOJSC "Military Insurance Company" of losses from fires at the plant for the production of processed meat, located in the Kaliningrad region. Risk was obtained under Obligatory reinsurance contract assets placed through an insurance broker "RIMS".

Under a contract of direct insurance were insured buildings, production equipment, inventory and inventory plant processed meat-owned company JSC Concordia, as well as the costs of the insured related to a break in production (BI).

Occurred June 11, 2010 fire had been almost totally destroyed by industrial case, but also in its inventory and equipment. The fire declared emergency mode wiring in the production building.

The total damage has exceeded 2.8 billion rubles without loss from business interruption. After receiving the complete package of documents branch of the European Bureau of OJSC Transsiberian Re has made payment of their share loss of USD 6 million rubles, including the cost of survey services.
