Datong Coal Mine Group Enhanced Its Management Level

In accordance with the concept "the system manages the enterprise and the culture manages the staff," the Datong Coal Mine Group has been vigorously implementing a strategy of developing itself by culture in recent years. The group explored, carried out and promoted systematically for years a culture system with its own characteristics and eventually set up a complete pattern of enterprise culture construction composed of one Management Concept, one Management Model, two Leading Systems and five Supporting Systems, reported the press-centre of Datong Coal Mine Group.
Management Concept means the build-up of the concept that "the system manages the enterprise and the culture manages the staff." "The system manages the enterprise" requires an enterprise to put its production and business activities on a systemized, legal and standardized management track. "The culture manages the staff" requires an enterprise to unite the vastly different thinking and behaviors of its staff by the enterprise's new ideas and strategies, so that the staff will take the initiative in contributing their intelligence and wisdom to the development of the enterprise.
Management Model means the implementation of the Refined Humanity Management (RHM) model. Leading Systems include the goal-leading system and the concept-leading system. Starting from the actual situation, the Datong Coal Mine Group proposed an overall development plan of "assembling new ideas, implementing new strategies and building a new enterprise," and a grand goal of "striding forward on the basis of a high starting point and creating a new history of the enterprise."
The group has summarized its characteristic enterprise concept in 19 items with 29 articles, which forms a complete system of enterprise concept. Supporting Systems are composed of the Refined Humanity Management System (RHM), the 4E6S Standard Performance Evaluation System, the Standard Staff Behavior System, the People-centered Environment-modifying System and the Audio-visual Recognition System.
Through a powerful promotion of the enterprise culture, the Datong Coal Mine Group has further enhanced its overall management level.
