Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that on March 16, 2011 in the KASE trading system shall be held specialized trades to sell common shares CA02153E1007 (KASE official list third category, CA_ALHO) of ALTIUS HOLDINGS INC (Calgary), reported the press-centre of KASE.

Centras Securities (Almaty) is the seller at specialized trades.

At present, the total volume of authorized and offered common shares of ALTIUS HOLDINGS INC is 182,644,452 units. The seller intends to sell the mentioned volume as one lot.

Specialized trades shall be held in the KASE trading system from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. of Almaty time (ALT). The security code at trades - CA_ALHOA. The seller shall define a cut-off till 12:30 p.m. ALT on the trades execution day. Settlements shall be made on the trades day (Т+0) in compliance with the KASE rules.

Only limited orders, submitted to the KASE trading system by the closed method, shall be accepted to trades,

As the price the order will indicate a share price in tenge accurate within the second decimal. The number of financial instruments in the order must be equal to the number of selling shares. The order volume must be equal to a product of selling shares and one share price.

Purchasing orders satisfaction method - at a cut-off price.

A potential buyer must till 11:00 a.m. of ALT enter to the KASE correspondent account a guarantee fee in the size of KZT14,500,000,000.00 (fourteen billion five hundred million). If the guarantee fee shall not cover the deal amount, the buyer must enter to the KASE correspondent account the remaining money in return for purchased securities till 15:00 of ALT on the settlements day.

If trades shall not be held on March 18, 2011, they shall be executed on March 24, 2011 on the identical terms. If trades shall not be held on March 24, 2011, they shall be executed on March 25, 2011 on the identical terms.

Only KASE stock market members may take part in the trades. Other investors may trade through such legal entities.
