OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2011. SORAINEN Lithuania advised on the sale of Klaipedos keliai, a major Lithuanian road construction company primarily operating in the Klaipeda region and owning an asphalt-concrete plant in Klaipeda city, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

The transaction was by way of sale of 100% of the shares in Logic Step, a holding company owning 99.89% of the shares in Klaipedos keliai.

SORAINEN drafted the transaction documentation and assisted the sellers in negotiations. The SORAINEN team in this project was led by senior associate Mantas Petkevicius.
