OREANDA-NEWS. March 15, 2011. ProCredit Bank, as a responsible employer is started the ladder of success project for employees – this internal competition will make it possible for experienced as well as rookie staff to show talent, reported the press-centre of ProCredit Bank.

During this year project participants offer their solutions for tests, business cases, unconventional management situations.

Participants’ work is evaluated by a special commission which consists of highly professional heads of regions and head office departments.
 
The project has 4 stages. Following the results throughout the year, 12 winners will be announced. They will receive modern business literature, participation in the seminars focused on personal growth, training in our Corporate School of English in Ukraine and Germany.
