OREANDA-NEWS. March 14, 2011. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov is convinced that the issue of so-called troubled banks the Government will close. About this Mykola Azarov said in a broadcast program "Test for government" at the First National channel.

"This is one of many problems facing our government" - said Mykola Azarov.

According to him, getting this problem, and not having sufficient resources, the Government did not borrow money and give their troubled banks. "Instead, we strengthened management of banks and made that these troubled banks conducted an active policy of restoring its liquidity. In fact, the "Ukrgasbank" and bank "Kyiv" such policy justified. There are some problems in the bank "Rodovid" but they will be solved"- the Prime Minister said.

Mykola Azarov assured that government would continue to address these issues. "If government` intervention will be necessary and we are ready to engage, go through recapitalization but it will not be such huge amounts, for example, we had to spend a year ago. So here I no see no problems, the problem will be solved" - Mykola Azarov added.
