In accordance with an Order by CenterTelecom's General Director dated 28 February, 2011, all the persons nominated by the shareholders as candidates to the Board of Directors have been included into the list of candidates for voting at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders of CenterTelecom on 29 March.

Shareholders owning not less than 2% voting shares of CenterTelecom OJSC have the right to nominate candidates to the company’s Board of Directors. According to the company’s Charter, the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom includes 11 members.
