Citadele Bank participates in “Praise good service!” campaign where Latvia’s inhabitants are encouraged to pay greater attention to client servicing culture in Latvia and to praise good servicing at companies and institutions, reported the press-centre of Citadele Bank.

“Clients are our main asset and our main goal is to ensure the best possible quality of services and servicing. Therefore references from each of our clients are of great importance for us and we value such references highly. Ensuring high level of client servicing is a continuous task throughout the whole year and we are working on it purposefully. This campaign is both – an opportunity to study evaluation on our achievements from our clients and to assess future tasks, as well,” says Juris Jakobsons, Chairman of the Board of Citadele Bank.

Clients are encouraged to give their references on servicing quality in all of Citadele Bank's Customer Service Centres and branch offices across Latvia by filling in a special questionnaire. References on good servicing quality can also be submitted on “Praise good services!” website, by calling 1188 information hotline or by sending a free-of-charge SMS to 1188, entering MARTS code and giving your praise with reference to Citadele Bank.

Citadele Bank has a wide network of branch offices in Riga as well as in regions of Latvia: 20 Customer Service Centres and branch offices are located in Riga and 23 other branch offices and Customer Service Centres are situated in regions – Aizkraukle, Balvi, Bauska, Cesis, Daugavpils, Gulbene, Jekabpils, Jelgava, Jurmala, Liepaja, Limbazi, Livani, Ludza, Madona, Ogre, Rezekne, Salacgriva, Saldus, Talsi, Tukums, Kraslava, Valmiera and Ventspils.

“Praise good service!” campaign takes place in Latvia for the seventh year already and it will continue until 31 March. More than 100 companies wishing to encourage clients to express their positive experience and praise provided services participate in this year’s “Praise good service!” campaign.
