Participants of Russian-German Conference to Discuss Project PARK
OREANDA-NEWS. Mikhail Sutyaginsky, Deputy of State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, head of project PARK: Industrial-Agricultural Regional Clusters will make a speech on 17 March during plenary meeting of IV Russian-German Feedstock Conference which will be held in Omsk from 16 to 18 March, reported the press-centre of Titan.
His speech will be one of the most important because it is supposed that Mr. Sutyaginsky will not only analyze realization of the federal project but will also show the guests achievements in the sphere of clusters’ objects construction. It is known that exactly the new economic platform (which is based on PARK) presented by the Governor, Chairman of the Government of Omsk region Leonid Polezhayev during the previous conference attracted interest and also desire of German partners to be familiar with innovative way of development of the region and therefore to visit Omsk region within the framework of another feedstock conference.
Agreement on the creation of Russian-German Feedstock Forum was signed in Dresden on 10 October 2006 between the world’s oldest mountain institutes – Freyberg Mountain Academy and St.-Petersburg State Mountain Institute – in presence of Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The topic of the feedstock conference which will be held for the second time on the territory of Russia is “Partnership in Feedstock Sphere for Modernization”. Greeting speech will be made by Leonid Polezhayev and Valery Yazev, Deputy Chairman of State Duma, President of Russian Gas Community, and reports will be made by Co-Chairman of the Forum from Russian side, Chancellor of St.-Petersburg State Mountain Institute, Professor Vladimir Litvinenko, Chancellor of Freyberg Mountain Academy (TUBAF), Professor Bernd Meyer, Head of German Energy Agency (DENA) Stefan Koler, Corresponding Member of RAN, Director of Biochemical Physics Institute of N.M. Emmanuel RAN Sergey Varfolomeyev, President of Federal Union of Energetics and Water Industry (BDEW) Hildegard Muller etc.
Employees of “Group of Companies “Titan”, CJSC, which is already cooperating with some German partners are expecting signing of new agreements within the framework of PARK realization. Germany - the world-recognized leader in the sphere of technologies and equipment production - is ready to support reasonable projects. Federal project PARK proposes wide possibilities for such participation.
