OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2011. Azerbaycan Senaye Banki (ASB) has resumed the process of its recapitalization.

The State Committee for Securities reports that on 7 March 2011 it registered a new issue prospectus of ASB shares with state registration number AZ100100545P, under which the Bank can issue 9.43 million shares with par value of 0.2 manat each.

Full placement of this issue will increase ASB’s authorized capital by AZN 1.886 million.
