OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2011. Press-service of Tsesnabank announces replacement of the Chairman of Management Board of its subsidiary organization - Insurance Company Tsesna Garant, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Mars Aldashov was replaced by Zhanyl Smailov as the CEO. Vladimir Shevchenko became a Deputy Chairman of Management Board.

After completing tasks on arranging of business-processes and infrastructure and preparing the company for active selling, Mars Aldashov, who is at the same time a deputy Chairman of the Board of Tsesnabank, is currently firm about focusing on the main activities. At the same time he, being a member of Tsesna Garant Board of Directors, will continue supervising co-operation between the insurance company and the bank.

The management of Tsesnabank's subsidiary represented by new officers has substantial experience in running large insurance companies which is going to be used in achieving development goals set for Tsesna Garant.
