OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2011. The joint-stock company “Latvijas Krajbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krajbanka) received the notice from AB Bankas “Snoras” on increase of the qualifying shareholding in Krajbanka. AB Bankas “Snoras” has acquired 1 363 239 or 5.28% of Krajbanka shares with voting right and 2 304 “A” category preference shares without voting right, thus increasing its participating in the stock capital of Krajbanka up to 94.2%. The shares were acquired within mandatory redemption offer of Krajbanka shares, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

The stock capital of Krajbanka amounts to LVL 25 824 248 (EUR 36’744’595). The stock capital shall be composed of 25'824'248 shares, inter alia:

2'834 “A” category preference shares without voting right.
