OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2011. As it was already informed, in February 2011 AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” (hereinafter referred to as Krajbanka) established the subsidiary company SIA “SILVA Invest”, registration no. 40103384386, to administrate and manage the real estate. On 01st March 2011 the Board of Krajbanka resolved to increase the stock capital of SIA “SILVA Invest” for LVL 723’000 (which according to the currency exchange rate determined by the Bank of Latvia as of the day of notification amounts to EUR 1’028’742), by investing into it the real estate objects owned by Krajbanka, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

Krajbanka has acquired 40’100 or 100% of capital shares of SIA “Daugavpils Centra Nams”, registration No. 40103312458, by concluding purchase agreement with SIA “Pensacola”. SIA “Daugavpils Centra Nams” works in the field of real estate management.

By making the said investments Krajbanka has a purpose to optimize its activity by dividing the assets unrelated to the main banking activity.
