OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) received a petition of MIGDALE TRADE LIMITED on acquiring over 25 % voting shares of “No.2 Territorialanaya Generiruyuschaya Kompania” Open Joint-Stock Company (further on referred to as “TGK-2”), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Governed by Clause 2 Part 2 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia considered the petition of MIGDALE TRADE LIMITED on acquiring over 25 % voting shares of “TGK-2” and has extended the period for petition consideration for two months in order to additionally examine the petition as the transaction in question can restrict competition, particularly, by creating or increasing the dominant position of a person (a group of persons).
