OREANDA-NEWS. March 09, 2011. It is stipulated by the amendments to the Law on motor roads passed by the Parliament on Thursday. According to them, construction and modernization of toll motor roads, bridges is permitted if there is an alternative free motor road.

The expenses for their building and maintenance will be compensated by the payment for the traffic.

It is stipulated that construction, modernization and usage of tool motor roads may be carried out on the basis of concession contracts, according to requirements set by the Law on concessions, Land Code and other laws regulating concession contracts.
