OREANDA-NEWS. March 5, 2011. CenterTelecom OJSC reports that’s Belgorod branch it took part in the Annual Youth Patriotic Forum "Patriot 2011" held in Kostroma region on 25-28 February.

Over 250 leaders and activists of youth organizations and patriotic clubs, as well as the editors and journalists of youth media took part in the conference. For these four days the forum became a site for exchange in experience and for presentation of youth projects aimed at Kostroma region's development. Among the honorary guests of the forum were Georgy Poltavchenko, Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation, Igor Slyunyaev, Governor of the Kostroma region, Sergey Belokonev, State Duma member, Yuri Polyakov, well-known Russian writer, along with lecturers of Russia's leading universities and representatives of Russian media.
