OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2011. Retail Banking Division of Siauliu bankas will be headed by Arunas Uzupis. Zivile Skibarkiene will join a management team of the Bank in a week later, who will become a Head of Legal and Administrative division of Siauliu bankas. Mindaugas Vasiliauskas takes up a position of Director of Sales Department of Siauliu banko lizingas UABб reported the press-centre of Siauliu Bankas.

“More competent persons having a big experience are joining the team of Siauliu bankas. I am sure that they will assist in growing and strengthening Siauliu bankas”, says Chief Executive Officer Audrius Ziugzda.

37 year-old Mindaugas Vasiliauskas, who has started controlling the Sales Department of Siauliu banko lizingas UAB, was also elected as a Board member of  Siauliu banko lizingas UAB. He has been working in SEB lizingas company since 1996 to date: having started as a manager he was moving up to better positions and recently he was heading the Division of Motor Vehicles Lease. M. Vasiliauskas graduated from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.

Arunas Uzupis who will be heading Retail Banking Division from March will belong to the Board of Siauliu bankas: he will take up his duties as a member of the Board subject to the permission from the Bank of Lithuania. 38 year-old Arunas Uzupis started his working activity in the company Philip Morris Lietuva since 1994, where he headed the marketing division in Lithuania, he was the Head of International Trademark for Eastern Europe in Switzerland. Since 2004 Arunas Uzupis continued his career in SEB bankas: he was responsible for marketing, sales of the bank and expansion. Later on he took the position of Director General of Utenos trikotazo prekyba UAB; recently he was the Director of UZU UAB. He acquired Master’s degree in marketing and international trade at Vytautas Magnus University of Kaunas. He graduated from the Baltic Management Institution (BMI) with specialty in business management.

Daiva Kiburiene will take up a position of Head of Siauliai region from 1 March (previously D. Kiburiene headed the Corporate and Retail Banking Division of Siauliu bankas). She also remains as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and the member of the Board of Siauliu bankas.

Since 7 March Zivile Skibarkiene will join the management team of Siauliu bankas. She will head the Legal and Administrative Division.

Z. Skibarkiene has the experience in financial sector of more than ten years; she worked in three major banks operating in Lithuania. She worked in Hansa lizingas UAB (now - Swedbank lizingas) for a period of seven years from 1999; later on she took up a position of Director of Legal department of SEB bankas. Recently she headed the Compliance Division of DnB Nord bank. She is also a lecturer of commercial law professorship at Mykolas Romeris University.  Z. Skibarkiene graduated from Vilnius University with specialty in law. She acquired doctor’s degree at Mykolas Romeris University.

As it was previously reported Rimvydas Mockus will take up duty of Head of Vilnius region and Director of Vilnius branch from 1 March.
