OREANDA-NEWS. March 04, 2011. China Oilfield Services Limited (“COSL”)’s Nanhai502 fleet recently concluded its 2 dimension data collection operation in Java Sea, Indonesia, reported the press-centre of COSL.

The Nanhai502 fleet had successfully overcome challenges like presence of a lot of fishing and obstacles in the operation waters, abrupt weather changes and intrinsic difficulties in the operation itself.

While ensuring safety of the underwater equipment, the fleet completed the operation within just 8 days and created a zero hang-up record for underwater cables in complicated conditions. This follows a successful conclusion of an operation in Myanmar earlier.
