OREANDA-NEWS. March 04, 2011. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov instructed to consider a credit union establishment that would manage the funds coming from the 1% fee on the development of horticulture and viticulture from the sale of alcoholic drinks and beer.

These funds can be provided as loans on the development of horticulture, viticulture, and hop growing.

At the credit union expenses researches, vegetable stores building and other projects funding can be implemented. This will stimulate the work of farmers, increase the efficiency of financial resources and increased responsibility for their use.
