The government of the Komi republic has simplified the process of technological connection to the electricity networks of the branch of IDGC North-West “Komienergo”.

The head of Komi republic, Vyacheslav Gaiser, has signed the appropriate decree. Before, the procedure for obtaining permits for construction of power facilities took from three to six months. This affected the timing of the execution of contracts for technological connection of objects.

Starting from January 31, 2011, a building permit is not required for technological connection of  the objects of individual residential buildings, in cases of construction, reconstruction, repair of power facilities with voltage to 20 kV.
