OREANDA-NEWS. March 03, 2011. OJSC Magnit closed the order book for commercial paper series BO-05 with total nominal value of R5.0 bln and maturity three years (1092 days) from the date of sale commencement.

Over the course of book building, investors submitted 47 bids with coupon rates ranging between 7.75% and 8.25% annually. Overall demand amounted to R7 100 mln.

Following book building completion, OJSC Magnit set the coupon rate on the bonds at 8.0% annually. Given the market situation, cost of placement, coupon rates on the bonds and existing demand, OJSC Magnit has decided to satisfy 39 investor bids.

Settlements under the deal will take place upon bond placement on MICEX on March 04, 2011. The commercial paper has been included in MICEX quoted list А1.
