Alexandr Pinchevsky, the Holding Director General, said at the press conference Tuesday that the total cost of the project is 4.6 million euros, half of them being the attracted funds. 3.5 million euros have been drawn by now, the project to be completed by September 2011.

Alexandr Pinchevsky said Colina City townhouse is a conceptually new for Chisinau project representing semidetached cottage sections with a central entry into the internal yard with a small part of land for each owner. It was also said at the press conference that the Colina City townhouse closed along its perimeter is a modern building according to “yard” traditions that have formed in Chisinau for ages.

The townhouse contains 27 cottages, with 20% of them already contracted. The cottages have 4 levels and the area of 320 square meters. The cost of the “white variant” is 900 euros for a square meter. Purchasers are also given a part of land with the area of 3-5 hundreds square meters. Colina City is situated on 1.36 hectares in the historical center of Chisinau (Moara Rosie street). All cottages are planned to be sold by mid-2013. Alexandr Pinchevsky emphasized that the objects might be sold earlier as improvement can be felt in the market since the end of 2010.
