OREANDA-NEWS. March 03, 2011. Following the results of regular meetings of the Credit Committee, the Bank has approved a number of credit applications of Russian enterprises. In total the Committee approved extension of loans in the amount of over 400 million rubles as well as a number of applications for bank guarantees making up more than 1 billion rubles, reported the press-centre of Investtradebank.

In the Perm territory the Bank keeps on financing one of the largest enterprises of the military complex – FKP “Permsky Powder Mill”. At the Credit Committee the Bank has approved the application to arrange an overdraft with 30 million rubles limit.

The Committee has also taken decisions on extension of bank guarantees to companies of the SKM Group Holding, ensuring execution of their contracts on construction of socially significant objects, including the Penza Regional Philharmonic Hall with 750 seats and a film-concert hall. The construction works have been timed to celebration in 2013 of the 350th anniversary of Penza foundation.

The SKM Group Holding is one of the largest construction companies in the Penza region, implementing large-scaled projects in the region and other cities of Russia: Moscow City and the Moscow region, Novosibirsk, Ulyanovsk, Kazan etc. By now these projects are covering over three million square meters of housing and commercial real estate with original architectural solutions and the patented construction technologies.
