OREANDA-NEWS. March 03, 2011. At the request of students and teachers of the State University „Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu”, Moldcell company launched the special zone „Aici Moldcell” in Cahul.

After the successful launching in the Academy of Economic Studies and Moldova State University, the zone of communication and recreation „Aici Moldcell” was opened in the State University „Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu” in Cahul during the event that took place on the 25th of February. Thus, this institution of higher education in the southern capital of the country became the first university outside Chisinau to benefit from 50% discount for in-net communication.
The project „Aici Moldcell” is aimed at the creation and arrangement of special zones where clients of the operator, regardless of their tariff plans, benefit from the possibility to communicate in the network with 50% discount.

This tariff is applied to all in-net calls, including those already with the discount. If the subscriber starts talking in Moldcell zone and moves out of the zone during the call, the discount is applied to the whole period of the call.

Speaking about the State University of Cahul, the 50% discount for in-net communication will be available for Moldcell subscribers in the central block of the institution of higher education (Cahul, Independence Square). Besides, in premiere, the special tariff „Aici Moldcell” will be used in two student hostels situated in close proximity to the central block.

It should be mentioned that thanks to the Regional tariff offered by Moldcell in regional centers and rural zones, users of “Cartela Moldcell” can communicate at a price up to 30 bani per minutes inside the zone of recreation and communication.

On the day of launching of the zone „Aici Moldcell”, hundreds of students were present at the event to test the advantages of communication and were given packages with connections to the services of the operator as gifts.
