OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2011. During his trip to Elista, Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting on employment issues, met with unemployed citizens undergoing training on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and business, and visited several city infrastructure facilities.

In particular, the President had a look at a mobile phone service centre, visited a store selling children’s goods, and toured an exhibition on the implementation of the programme to support small business and create new jobs in the region.

The President also met with Head of Kalmykia Alexei Orlov.
