OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2011. GLONASS constellation to be completed in 2011, through launching 4 global navigation satellites by Russia, GLONASS General Designer, Russian Space Systems DG Yury Urlichich stated.

Urlichich stated that three Glonass-M satellites are to be launched by Proton-M in the third quarter of the year. New-generation Glonass-K will be also launched by the end of 2011. 

The first Glonass-K lofted a few days ago now undergoes flight testing.
