Integra Group (“Integra” or the “Company”) (LSE: INTE), a leading FSU-based onshore oilfield services provider, will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) at 9:00 am (Cayman Islands time), on March 25, 2011, at the Company’s registered office, Walker House, 87 Mary Street, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-9001, Cayman Islands.

The sole agenda item of the EGM will be the re-election and appointment of the following Class I Directors as Class I Directors:

1. John Kennedy; and

2. Neil Gaskell.
