OREANDA-NEWS. March 02, 2011. In January 2011, Estonian Air carried 1,291 passengers on Tallinn-Kuressaare route, which is 55.5% more y-o-y. Estonian Air operated 38 round trips in January, which is 11% more y-o-y, reported the press-centre of Estonian Air.

"Starting from May 2010, passenger numbers have been climbing up steadily. The increase is supported by improved economical climate, favourable fare and active sales through Estonian Air’s and its partner’s sales channels, " said Rauno Parras, Estonian Air Vice President Commercial.

Estonian Air operates between Tallinn and Kuressaare eight flights a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. One-way fares to Kuressaare, if purchased from www.estonian-air.com, start from 15.6 euros, including all fees and taxes, and are subject to availability.

In 2010 Estonian Air served altogether 14,711 passengers on Tallinn-Kuressaare route, which is 9.4% more y-o-y. Estonian Air operated 436 round trips in the last year, which is 7.4% more y-o-y.
