OREANDA-NEWS. March 01, 2011. SmartLynx Airlines has signed a contract with Tajik Air to operate between Khudjand, Tajikistan, to Moscow, Russia.   The project will be active until the late spring 2011.

The main base of operation will be in Khudjand.
