Starting from March 1, 2011 the additional issue of ordinary shares of JSC "IDGC Holding" (state registration number 1-01-55385-E-001D as of 06.05.2010) will be admitted to trading on RTS market in the amount of 1,922,313,097 shares. The principal and additional issues will be traded on the RTS Classica market under the same ticker MRKH. The number of ordinary shares before the change – 41,041,753,984 shares, after the change – 42,964,067,081 shares.

Please note that only the principal issue’s shares (state registration number 1-01-55385-E as of 29.07.2008г ) are admitted to settlements with the Central Counterparty.
