OREANDA-NEWS. March 1, 2011. Organizations subordinate to the Forestry Ministry in January 2011 reported a 60% increase in proceeds from sale of products and services to 57.9 billion Belarusian rubles (Br), 17.6% above the target, the ministry said.

Return on sales amounted to 12%, 3.3 points above the target.

Commodity output in woodworking shops of the ministry rose 70% in January to 14.8 billion rubles, and commodity output resulting from timber procurement increased 60% to 40.5 billion rubles.
