OREANDA-NEWS. March 01, 2011. Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter that it received the following statements of claim, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- from A. Kussainova to Astana-Nedvizhimost on invalidation of item 2.5 of an agreement on construction partnership of April 28, 2006 and recovery of damages in the size of KZT2,427,364 and the state due in the size of KZT24,980;

- from Karaganda City Akim to Astana-Nedvizhimost, Karaganda City Architecture and City Planning, Karaganda City Land Department, Astana-Finance, Karaganda  City Department of Justice on invalidation of Karaganda City Administration Resolution, an agreement on land buying-selling.
