OREANDA-NEWS. February 28, 2011. Capt. Wei Jiafu, President and CEO of COSCO Group, met with the visiting delegation headed by Hon. Ioannis Diamantidis, the Greek Minister of Maritime Affairs, Islands and Fisheries, in Beijing Ocean Plaza. The minister was accompanied by Greek Ambassador to China, H.E. Theodore Georgakelos, and over 20 Greek representatives from the Greek ship-owners community, reported the press-centre of COSCO.

Both parties thoroughly exchanged views in terminal investment, ship building, and logistics services, and other issues of common interest for advancing the business collaboration between COSCO and its Greek counterparts.

The meeting was also attended by Capt. Zhang Liang, Vice President of COSCO Group, Mr. Sun Jiakang, Vice President of COSCO Group, Capt. Xu Minjie, Vice President of COSCO Group, and representatives from COSCO Pacific, COSCO Shipyard Group, and the Bulk Operation Division of China COSCO.
