OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2011. Svyazinvest held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) on February 10, 2001.

In the course of the EGM a resolution was passed on the premature termination of the powers of the Board of Directors and the appointment of a new Board of Directors.

The new lineup of the board is as follows:

1. Mikhail R. Butrin, co-head of the department of investment banking on global markets of VTB-Capital;

2. Yury A. Kudimov, general director of VEB Capital;

3. Sergey A. Lukash, Vice-President of Rostelecom, general director of Uralsvyazinform;

4. Marlen J. Manasov, member of the board of directors of UBS Bank;

5. Alexander N. Pertsovsky, chairman of the executive board of Renaissance Capital;

6. Alexander Yu. Provotorov, president of Rostelecom;

7. Ivan I. Rodionov, professor of state university Higher School of Economics;

8. Vadim V. Semenov, general director of Svyazinvest;

9. Igor O. Schegolev, telecommunications minister of the Russian Federation.
