OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2011. During 2010 JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” purchased 114 vouchers for the Company employees recreation at sanatoria and resorts. The total amount of expenditures on the Company personnel medical treatment and recoveries at sanatoria and health centres came to be equal to approximately 3,498 thousand RUR. In 2011 one plans to allocate for the said purposes 4,777 thousand RUR (36% more than the year before).

Concern of the personnel health conditions is one of priority areas of “Yenisei TGC” social policy.

“Social support, benefits, availability of medical treatment at sanatoria and resorts are measures meant to ensure welfare of both employees and the Company in general. Investing funds in personnel development one may not only avoid workforce turnover but also to attract most highly qualified specialists to work for the Company and to create an atmosphere of stability within the Company”, – Says Personnel Director Olga Petrova.

The worker’s entitlement to receipt of a voucher for medical treatment at a sanatorium or a resort is provided for by the collective contract of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”. Annually, the Company purchases vouchers for recreation at the best health centres of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia and the Altay Territory. Every year dozens of employees take courses of recreational services at the “Krasnoyarskoye Zagorye”, “Shira Lake”, “Uchum Lake”, and other sanatoria.

For such an opportunity to have a good vacation and improve one’s health an employee of “Yenisei TGC” has to pay but 30% of the total voucher cost.

“Yenisei TGC” Going to Allocate Over 4 Mln RUR for Children Vacations and Recreation Funding

In 2010 JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” spent over 2.3 mln RUR on recreation of its employees’ children. In 2011 one plans to spend over 4 mln RUR and purchase of vouchers for children whose parents work for “Yenisei TGC”. Under the Company collective agreement, parents repay only 10% of the cost of vouchers for children recreation camps and sanatoria, 90% of the amount compensated for by the enterprise.

One has proceeded with funding children’s recreation activities regardless of changes in the federal legislation and transfer of authorities related to children vacation and recreation organization to the territorial administration and absence of allowances from the Social Insurance Fund.

In 2010 some of the children traditionally spent the summer at the “Grenada” and “KrasAir” camps located within the Krasnoyarsk vicinity. Children of workers of some “Yenisei TGC” branches went for vacation to the Black Sea coast last year.

Additionally, children’s vacation activities were organized at the “Solnechny-2” recreation camp. The camp has been a favourite summer children vacation centre with the Company employees for many years already. It is located at Tes Settlement of the Minusinsky District, at a picturesque locality on the bank of Lake Vyushkovo, surrounded by fir-tree and mixed forests. At the sanatorium camp children have vacation and receive rehabilitation-and-recovery medical treatment against diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory apparatus, ENT organs, nervous system and musculoskeletal system.
