OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2011. According to the decision of the company’s leadership, Veronica Malcoci was appointed the new Director General and Petr Casic, who held this post for seven years, will deal with Grawe Carat development in Romania, according to Grawe Carat Asigurari press service.

Petr Casic will remain a member of the Grawe Carat supervisory board. Other members of the company’s governing board in Moldova are Paul Swoboda, Deputy Director General and Eva Tusini, member of the board of the company.

Veronica Macloci graduated from the Academy of Economic Science of Moldova. She has worked in the company since 2004.
