OREANDA-NEWS. February 24, 2011. New asbestos roll body hearth roll applied in the plate heat treatment furnace, which is researched and developed independently by TISCO Stainless Hot Rolling Plant, is the first one at home and abroad, reported the press-centre of TISCO.

After half a year’s application in the factory, it has not only thoroughly solved the problem that puzzling stainless plate quality - surface compressive pit, but also reduced the waste gas emissions, realizing the "double harvest" of economic efficiency as well as energy saving and emission reduction.

According to a rough estimation, every year it can reduce 1 million Yuan cost by nonplanned products and waste products than previous year, and benefit 2.5 million Yuan by reducing fuel consumption every year.
