Hereby, Kazakhstan Kagazy (hereinafter - the Issuer) informs that in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper has been published the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Making Amendments and Additions to Some Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mortgage Lending and protection of Financial Services Consumers Rights". The Law stipulates the Issuer right to change and/or supplement bonds issue terms based on bonds holders general meeting decision, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The Issuer, located at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, 154А, Nauryzbai Batyr Str. notifies holders of bonds (NIN KZPC2Y07C024) on implementation of the Issuer bonds holders general meeting (hereinafter - the meeting) in compliance with the Issuer Board of Directors decision (minutes of February 15, 2011).

The meeting shall be held on March 9, 2011 from 11.30 a.m. Almaty time in the conference hall of Financial Institution's Association of Kazakhstan (Almaty, 67, Aiteke bi Str.).

The meeting participants shall be registered on March 9, 2011 from 11.30 a.m. Almaty time at the meeting venue.

In case of no quorum the repeated meeting shall be held on March 10, 2011 from 11.30 a.m. Almaty time at the above address. The repeated meeting participants shall be registered on March 10, 2011 from 11.30 a.m. Almaty time at the meeting venue.

The list of bonds holders, entitled to participate in the meeting has been developed as of 00.00 Almaty time on February 16, 2011.

1. Defining terms of the Issuer obligations restructuring on bonds (NIN KZPC2Y07C024).

2. Approval of amendments and additions to the Issuer bonds (NIN KZPC2Y07C024) issue prospectus.

3. Conclusion of an agreement on the bonds (NIN KZPC2Y07C024) Issuer obligations restructuring.

4. The information for the Issuer bonds holders awareness.

At the registration the meeting participants must submit documents attesting their right to participate and vote at the meeting.
