OREANDA-NEWS. February 24, 2011. SORAINEN Latvia assisted VCA Baltic Retail, a Finland-based real estate investment fund managed by Vicus Capital Advisors, in its acquisition of a site for a new shopping centre in Riga, Latvia, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN.

The total area of the new shopping centre will be approx 11,500 sq.m, of which the Prisma hypermarket will account for 6,600 sq.m.

SORAINEN assisted the client in the due diligence process and in drafting and negotiating the purchase, construction and lease contracts. The team was led by partner Girts Ruda and senior associate Janis Likops.
