OREANDA-NEWS. February 22, 2011. Azerbaijan’s first mobile operator Bakcell company has introduced a new service.

The company has reported that the new service envisages the exchange of MMS messages.

"To activate the service one needs to send a blank message to "5950" number pre-dialing a "055" prefix before the number. Cost of one MMS makes 40 units",- the company reports.
