OREANDA-NEWS. February 22, 2011. Sibirtelecom summarized the results of the “Sales Leader” competition. Prize-winners of the competition in 2010 include famous “sellers” that had already been chosen among three top leaders according to the results of quarterly competitions.  Svetlana Ionina, communication operator of class I from the office of sales and services in the city of Zelenogorsk in the Eastern Telecommunications Center, Krasnoyarsk Company Branch was acknowledged to be the best specialist in the area of sales in the Company in 2010. Among the winners, she was the one who sold the maximum number of broad-band access ports according to quarterly results.

Olga Neiman, a specialist from the office of sales and services from the city of Prokopyevsk, Prokopyevsk Telecommunication Center, Kemerovo Branch of Sibirtelecom, OJSC, was awarded with a 2nd degree diploma “Sales Leader in 2010”. The “Sales Leader” diploma of the 3rd degree was given to Natalia Shalamova, communication operator of class I from the office of sales and services in the City Telecommunication Center in Khakassky Branch of Sibirtelecom, OJSC.

Svetlana Ionina shared about her joy from the victory: “I’ve never had a goal to win competitions. It is my usual day-to-day work to find an optimum price variant for the client, to tell him about special offers, actions, and discounts. Since Sibirtelecom laid optical fiber lines in Zelenogorsk, my main task has been to describe the variety of advantages that the new technologies have. I would also like to emphasize that the fulfilled sales plan is not only my merit. It is the result of efforts of our team! But I will not conceal it that it was pleasant for me to hear congratulations from colleagues.”

 According to the terms of the “Sales Leader 2010” competition, Svetlana Ionina is awarded with a certificate for a tourist trip, Olga Neiman, winner of the 2nd award, with a laptop, Natalia Shalamova, winner of the 3rd award, with a mobile phone.
