OREANDA-NEWS. February 22, 2011. Recently, the Shanghai Life Insurance Industry Annual Awards Ceremony 2010 was held at Shanghai Regal International East Asia Hotel. Zhen Xin Xiang Ban Annuity Insurance (Participating), a product of Generali China Life Insurance Company Co., Ltd (GCL), won the Annual Award for Pension Annuity Product of Shanghai Insurance Industry 2010. At the same time, the Group Insurance Channel of GCL Shanghai Branch was conferred the Annual Award for Professional Services of Shanghai Insurance Industry 2010, reported the press-centre of Generali China Life.

Ms. Chen Can, General Manager of GCL Shanghai Branch, was invited to address on behalf of winners. She said that professional service was the key for insurance industry to win trust from clients. GCL Shanghai Branch has focused its attention on the  demands of clients and has known the clients better than themselves. She believed it’s the responsibility and value of insurance industry to help clients with a protected living.

This assessment, supported by Shanghai Insurance Association and conducted by Money Weekly lasted three months. Through independent and professional analysis model, it made a quantified, objective and comprehensive evaluation and assessment on products, services and other items of more than 30 local life insurance branches in Shanghai. It aims to enhance professionalism and trustworthiness of Shanghai insurance industry and to facilitate the industry to develop in a healthy, orderly and good way and help consumers build a solid basis for family financing.
