Notice is hereby given that Monday 28th February, 2011 has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders of Sesa Industries Limited to the shares of Sesa Goa Limited consequent to the Order dated 7th February, 2011 of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India upholding the Judgement of Single Judge of High Court of Bombay at Goa passed on 18th December, 2008 approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sesa Industries Limited with Sesa Goa Limited. The individual intimations will be issued to each shareholder of Sesa Industries Limited whose names are appearing in the Register of Members as on the Record Date.
