OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2011. Khabarovsk branch of Ingosstrakh OJSIC signed the contract of builder’s risks’ comprehensive insurance with the federal state unitary enterprise Dalspetsstroy GUSS affiliated with Spetsstroy of Russia. The total sum insured under the contract amounts about 279 mln rubles.

Under the contract, insurance protection is provided for construction and erection works on seismological enhancement of eight buildings which include kindergartens, schools, and polyclinics in the territory of Kamchatka region.

The assurance will provide insured party protection against damage, destruction or loss of construction and erection facilities due to fire risks (fire, lightning, and explosion, fall of piloted flying objects, their wreckage or cargo), natural disasters or natural hazards, illegal actions of third parties, and emergency events, against water damage, other unexpected and random events. In addition, under the contract, liability of Dalspetsstroy Company for actions, injurious to life, health or property, undertaken against third parties during construction and erection works, is also insured.

Khabarovsk branch of Ingosstrakh OJSIC and the Dalspetsstroy FSUE GUSS have been collaborating since 2005.
