The Appraisal Committee of China Enterprises Top 10 News sponsored the event of recommending and appraising the China Enterprises Top 10 News of 2010, the Most Influential Enterprises, the Most Watched Entrepreneurs, the Most Growth Enterprises and the China Enterprise Persons in News of 2010 at the Great Hall of the People, reported the press-centre of MCC Group.

The announcement ceremony was attended by Zhou Tienong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress; Wang Wenyuan, Vice Chairman of the Ninth Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; Zhai Huisheng, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the All China Journalists' Association; Xie Sizhong, Chairman of the State-owned Enterprise Supervision Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; Feng Bing and Yin Yuanping, Executive Vice Chairmen of the China Enterprise Directors Association; Zhang Husheng, former Editor in Chief of the People’s Daily and Honorary Chairman of the Association of China Economic and Information Press; Li Pumin, Vice Secretary-General of the National Development and Reform Commission; Yu Jin, Director of the Enterprise Distribution Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council; and other leaders.

They granted the awards to the award-winning enterprises. MCC Group was granted the title of the “Most Influential Enterprise of 2010”, and Wang Yongguang, Standing Member of the CPC Committee of MCC Group and Vice President of MCC Group, attended the award ceremony upon invitation. It is the second time MCC Group has won this honor in succession.

The conference also published the China Enterprises Top 10 News of 2010 and the China Enterprises Top 10 News Events of 2010 rated by the large-sized jury consisting of economists, authoritative journalists, government officials and enterprise representatives after two rounds of primary election and the secret ballot. While electing the China Enterprises Top 10 News of 2010, the jury also elected 34 “Most Influential Enterprises of 2010”, 20 “Most Watched Entrepreneurs” and 20 “Most Growth Enterprises”.
