OREANDA-NEWS. As of 1st of April 2011, the trade mark “red s” in BCR Chisinau logo will be changed into a simple red rectangle. This step appeared necessary as Erste Group Bank AG, the main shareholder of BCR S.A., does not dispose a contractual permission to use the trade mark “red s” in the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Thus, BCR Chisinau will replace its current logo in the course of March 2011.

Reshaping the logo is purely a stylistic change of the BCR Chisinau brand. The BCR strategy in the Moldovan market as well as BCR Chisinau business plans remain unchanged.
