The Board of Directors examined the results and plans of company operation regarding the stepwise construction completion and putting Stage 1A1 into operation. The issue of prior period budget fulfillment and ahead budget forming was taken into consideration. The preparation of annual shareholders meeting following the results of 2010 was discussed during the meeting.
