OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2011. "MEGABANK" started placing of bonds of its own issue series G on the Ukrainian stock exchange, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

According to the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Aleksey Yatsenko, accepting applications for the placement of bonds series G is held by means of electronic exchange trading system from 7 February to August 5, 2011 on weekdays from 11.00 to 13.00 by Kiev time.

He noted that the conditions of the bond issue include a quarterly coupon payment and an annual offer. The maturity of bonds is 5 years. The total volume of bonds offered for placement is UAH 50 million. Return on placement of bonds is assumed at 11% per annum.
