OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2011. Sviaz-Bank’s official site http://www.sviaz-bank.ru/ has been registered in the RF domain name system and given an additional Cyrillic address Связь-Банк.РФ, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The new Russian-language domain will make site address search and writing easier for the user, and reduce significantly the risk of illegal use of a business name by unauthorized persons for their own purposes and prevent other unlawful acts by outsiders.

The RF (РФ) domain is the Russian Federation’s national domain that will permit Internet addresses to be written in the Russian language, the official language of the Russian Federation.
