OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2011. TMM was named among five most active construction companies in Kyiv according to Building Magazine. The rating included 11 most active companies working in the residential real estate segment.

TMM has been present on the residential real estate market for 17 years. In 2011 TMM put into operation 6 residential real estate projects with the total area of over 120,000 sq m, including Aviator complex and the first stage of Sonyachna brama complex in Kyiv. Currently the Company is continuing construction of three stages of Sonyachna brama complex with the total area of over 160,000 sq m in Kyiv as well as two projects in Kharkiv.

The rating of "11 most active residential construction companies in Kyiv" published by Building Magazine, 01-02 (44) 2011, was carried out in two stages.  At the first stage the nominees were selected according to the polling results of the leading real estate market players. After that,  the selected companies' appraisal depended on the period of presence on the market, completed residential projects, total completed area of projects and current construction activity. Ernst&Young acted as an auditor of the rating.
